Service Description

5 weeks: September 23 - October 21 from 12-1:30 on Mondays Cost: 250/family. Group is limited to 6 families. We will meet virtually on zoom from the comfort of your own space. A nurturing and supportive space where we come together weekly to explore the joys and challenges of parenting. You will learn effective strategies for meeting our children’s emotional needs. You will receive personalized one-on-one support during each session, allowing you to address your unique parenting concerns in a safe and confidential environment. You will also have access to Sanam on Voxer, an audio messaging app in which you can check in, call for a lifeline, share wins and receive support when the going gets tough. Our sessions combine individualized support with practical tools designed to help you deepen your understanding of your child’s emotional world. You’ll learn how to respond to their needs with empathy, patience, and insight, while also broadening your own parenting toolkit. Whether you're navigating everyday challenges or facing more complex issues, this group provides the community, guidance, and resources you need to parent more consciously and confidently.
