Social Skills

Healthy relationships with others start with a secure, loving relationship with ourselves. In our social skills groups children develop skills to navigate social situations and foster meaningful relationships.

Join Us for Our Next Social Skills Group

We look forward to welcoming your children in to our social skills group in the 2024-2025 school year. Dates and times are TBD and groups are offered throughout the year. Please join our monthly newsletter to receive all the latest offerings.

Social Skills Groups

Our social skills groups provide a supportive environment where children learn to connect with themselves and others. Through guided activities and interactive play, kids develop essential communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Our goal is to help each child build confidence, foster meaningful relationships, and navigate social situations with ease. Whether your child is looking to make new friends or improve their social interactions, our groups offer a nurturing space for personal growth and connection.

What others are saying

Michele

Sanam does a beautiful job of translating new brain science into palatable information and specific strategies for parents, teachers and caregivers.  We were so fortunate to have her inspire conversation in our community regarding stress and trauma in young children.

Our Approach

Play is how children process the world — so it's where we start. Our team blends Synergetic Play Therapy, EMDR, art therapy, and somatic, family-systems-based work, grounded in what current neurobiology and child development research tells us about how kids actually heal and grow.

But therapy doesn't happen in a vacuum. We work closely with parents too — through coaching, regular check-ins, and practical tools — because lasting change happens when the whole family understands what's shifting and why. Every plan is shaped around your child and your family, not a one-size-fits-all model.

We'd love to talk with you about what your family is navigating right now.
